If you haven’t seen these movies, you are missing out. To call them classic is a monumental understatement. Back to the Future is arguably one of the best movie trilogies ever created and they continue to motivate and inspire to this day. The concept was ingenious and the execution was outstanding. Not to mention, so many great quotes that it was hard for me to pick just one. “Great Scott!” (Doc Brown….again).
Look beyond the scientific inaccuracies and the cheesy dialog. All three movies were thrilling, fun, family-friendly (for the most part), and hilarious. Back to the Future was an idea ahead of its time and I don’t believe it would have worked with anyone other than Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd. Talk about a power pair.
Back to the Future made science cool and fun for all ages. I consider that a good thing. Science, in case you were wondering, is sort of important. Sure, making things go boom is fun, but it is really difficult to make it appear cool and exciting. These movies accomplished that. While we have not quite lived up to their futuristic expectations in real life, the vision was something to admire and aspire to. HIGHLY recommend this series to all.
