Sometimes, I love a good kitchen adventure. I am no trained professional and my completed works would not impress the likes of Gordon Ramsey, but I can say that my food is edible and no one has ever died. I call that a double win. I also don’t over-complicate it.
Sometimes, simple is best. I like to use kitchen tools that make life easier. For instance, I ordered a Vegetable Chopper on Amazon a few years back and it has been a lifesaver. It chops quick and easy, contains the mess, and is even excellent for cheese grating. The bottom section catches everything, can store everything, and is one less mess.
My favorite thing to do in the kitchen, whether it is washing the dishes or preparing dinner, is listening to a good audiobook. I am currently listening to Wayward Galaxy Book 6. It is an interesting addition to the series. I love almost all genres, but Science Fiction will always have my heart.
