I have a love/hate relationship with the completion of a book series. Especially one I am enjoying. The satisfaction of completion is quickly followed by the sad realization that the time to start a new journey has come and I don’t always know where I am going or what may come next.
Fortunately, that is also one of the best parts when it comes to being a dedicated reader and audiobook listener. There are, and will always be, more books than I will ever be able to get through. I call this a win. Sometimes, there will come disappointments. But more often, there is great joy. It makes the whole thing worthwhile.
