Sometimes, it is nice to surprise the people that are important to you. It doesn’t even have to be big. I decided to take a risk by cooking something new and using the chopper I bought on Amazon to shred some vegetables and chop up some cheese for homemade gyros.
It took some time to decide what to watch with this homemade meal. I thought that watching Disney’s animated version of Hercules would go well with my wannabe Greek meal and you know what……it was fantastic!
Take a risk. Try something new. You never know. There is an intelligence that coincides with simplicity. And sometimes, it doesn’t take a big effort to make a big difference.
