Happy Friday Eve!

It is difficult to be happy or enthusiastic about Mondays or Tuesdays. Monday football is something to look forward to but since it is not year-round, it is not quite reliable. For me, finding something, even if it is just one thing, about each day that I love, or at least can like, makes the weekdays much more bearable.

I like Wednesdays because who doesn’t love going around saying “HUMP DAY!!!” Fridays are excellent for all the obvious reasons. I feel like Thursday does not get the due credit, and I plan to rectify that now. What is so great about Thursdays? Think about it.

It is the eve of Friday. It comes with all the anticipation and build-up of Christmas or New Year’s Eve. The coolest day is coming up and the excitement is mounting. Sure, Friday is a work day, but is it really? It is the warm-up day for the weekend, which essentially makes Thursday the actual, real, true Friday.
